The company has 3 state-of-the-art manufacturing plants in the northern state of Himachal Pradesh (HP) in India. The main plant at Parwanoo is Inspected and approved by United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) for production of Loratadine, which is the best selling anti-allergy drug globally. Morepen has developed a hi-tech Pharma Complex at Morepen Village, Baddi (HP) on 60 acres of land that has various multipurpose pharma facilities for API & finished dosages and a Research Centre. The plant is in process of seeking an endorsement from US-FDA, UK-MCA, South Africa MCC and TGA Australia. Another plant at Parwanoo is exclusively dedicated for manufacturing finished dosage products.

Morepen's Vision is to be a Global pharmaceutical player with strong R&D support and internationally accredited plants in India for cost effective generic products. Manufacturing Plants

Masulkhana Plant The Bulk drug manufacturing facility is situated at Masulkhana, Distt. Solan (Himachal Pradesh) which is about 40 km from Chandigarh.Facilities for manufacturing meets the cGMP standards. This facility is approved by USFDA for manufacturing of Loratadine.
Parwanoo Plant The Formulation unit is situated at Parwanoo Distt. Solan (H.P.) which is about 35 km from Chandigarh. The manufacturing facilities includes latest GMP models of equipments for making tablets, capsules and their packing.
Baddi Plant MLL has extensive future plans for the manufacturing of pharmaceuticals and OTC products, both for the domestic and international marketing. In view of these expansion programs, 65 acres of land has been acquired at Baddi, which is about 50 Kms from Chandigarh. State-of-the-art facilities for Bulk Drugs, Dosage forms and FMHG products have been established. The infrastructure has been developed in accordance with GMP requirements of FDA with the help of GMP consultants from Pharmaplan, Germany. Two big production blocks for bulk drug are in operation while third block is is getting readied for operations.
